Job Description

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough quality reviews of photo deliveries each morning, ensuring every image meets the company’s exceptional standards
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to the editing team when photos require improvements, specifying exact corrections needed
• Deliver final approved photographs to clients, ensuring their complete satisfaction with the final product
• Act as the primary communication bridge between leadership, the international editing team, and clients
• Manage the entire daily photo delivery workflow efficiently within the 8am-12pm EST window
• Maintain detailed quality standards and follow established guidelines to ensure consistency
• Support client relationships by ensuring all their visual content needs are met promptly and professionally
