Job Description

1. Source, attract, and recruit IT professionals through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
2. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements
3. Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and project leads
4. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from offer to onboarding
5. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
6. Develop job postings and manage recruitment campaigns
7. Build and maintain relationships with educational institutes, tech communities, and staffing agencies
8. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor laws
9. Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and hiring status
10. Stay updated with technology trends to understand role requirements
