  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure clear scope alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in estimating software such as Bluebeam, ProEst, PlanSwift, or similar.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction means and methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Existing relationships with subcontractors and suppliers in the Portland metro area.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses
  • Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k with match)
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Ongoing training and career development
  • A collaborative, tight-knit team with a strong culture of respect and professionalism
