Job Description

Position Overview

We are currently supporting a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company in their search for a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) to join their clinical operations team. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals looking to grow within the clinical research field. The CTA will provide essential support across all phases of clinical trials—start-up, maintenance, and close-out—ensuring quality, organization, and regulatory compliance throughout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clinical trial activities including site management, study start-up, interim monitoring, and closeout.
  • Coordinate and track inventory, preparation, and shipment of study-related supplies and documents.
  • Assist in assembling materials for investigator meetings, study manuals, and team training.
  • Maintain tracking tools for regulatory documents, site enrollment status, sample logistics, and Trial Master File (TMF) organization.
  • Collaborate in the development and maintenance of study-specific trackers and documentation tools.
  • Schedule and support internal and external meetings; document meeting minutes when needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the clinical team and contribute to cross-functional project success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a life science or healthcare-related discipline is preferred.
  • 0–2 years of clinical research or pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Familiarity with ICH GCP guidelines and clinical trial regulations is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
