Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Brewer located in Miami, FL. The Brewer will be responsible for daily brewing operations, including brewing, fermenting, conditioning, and packaging beer. Additional tasks include maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, testing and quality control, and keeping accurate brewing records

• Experience in brewing, fermenting, conditioning, and packaging beer

• Knowledge of cleanliness and sanitation standards in brewing

• Skills in testing, quality control, and maintaining brewing records

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Experience with innovative blending practices is a plus

• Passion for craft beer and a willingness to learn and adapt
