Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Marketing Manager in Morristown, NJ! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience, a deep understanding of the product cycle relative to marketing, and strong marketing data analysis skills to measure campaign performance. This role will focus on optimizing marketing and brand strategies to drive growth and enhance brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and brand strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee the entire product cycle from a marketing perspective, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Analyze marketing data to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and customer service to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, and traditional media.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the product cycle relative to marketing.
• Strong marketing data analysis skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
