1. Account & Login Issues

Q: How do I create an account?
A: Click the “Sign Up” button on the top right of the homepage and fill in your details. You’ll receive an activation email to confirm your account.

Q: I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
A: On the login page, click “Forgot Password” and enter your registered email address. Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset the password.

Q: Can I log in with my mobile number?
A: Yes, mobile login is supported via OTP for quick access.


2. Course Access

Q: How do I access my purchased courses?
A: Once logged in, go to My Account and click on My Courses to view the courses you’ve purchased.

Q: How long will I have access to my courses?
A: You will have access to your courses for 1 year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.


3. Payment Issues

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking through Razorpay. More options can be added via WooCommerce integration.

Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Refunds are generally not available. However, if you face any technical difficulties, please reach out to our support team at support@mathsgurukulam.in.


4. Course Queries

Q: Are the courses aligned with the CBSE curriculum?
A: Yes, all our courses are designed specifically for the CBSE Class 10 and 12 board exams, covering the syllabus comprehensively.

Q: How are the live classes conducted?
A: Our live classes are conducted via Zoom. Once you purchase a course, you’ll receive an email with the class schedule and joining details.


5. Technical Support

Q: I’m facing issues accessing the videos. What can I do?
A: Ensure you have a stable internet connection and try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, contact us at support@mathsgurukulam.in.

Q: My video isn’t loading, what could be wrong?
A: This could be due to browser compatibility or connectivity issues. Please use Google Chrome for the best experience and ensure your internet speed is at least 5 Mbps.
